Steroid induced insomnia is really not fun at all can't believe I'm sitting here wide eyed a 2am lol!! x Hope your all keeping well and hopefully asleep lol! x

It's a total pain in the ass and sometimes when I get up through the night my wee dog just looks at me with one eye on goes straight back to sleep. To have undisturbed sleep is one of my main goals in life..........................

My secret is my iPod for when nites are a drag and you just can't sleep, quiet music.

I have my ipad mini and play a game called bakery story where you build your bakery up, invite neighbours and they and you tip each other in your bakeries (you don't meet them in real life) ,
